First Responder Protective Services provides Fire Watch services to apartment communities, businesses, and corporations across the State of Texas. We only utilize active peace officers and firefighters to provide these services, providing a higher level of service and professionalism to our clients when these services are required.

First Responder Protective Services was founded by veteran law enforcement officers and executives so we made it a priority to make off-duty employment a seamless process for our public servants. From sign-up to payment, our contractors are always a priority in our organization. We pay our off-duty public servants weekly by direct deposit, even before we get paid by the client.

We employ the most professional off-duty law enforcement officers and firefighters in Texas and are currently looking for more outstanding, customer service oriented public servants to fill off-duty fire watch positions for our clients.

We are currently looking for full time and volunteer firefighters to work fire watch details throughout the state of Texas.

Arson investigators who hold a TCOLE commission by your agency should signup under our police officer signup.
